14-day returns on eligible items (return shipping at customer's expense). Defective items replaced free within 14 days of delivery — just email us a photo with a visible date. For consumables, no return shipping needed. If no photo is provided, the return is handled as a customer-initiated return. Custom and engraved items are non-returnable. Import duties are non-refundable.
