利用規約

本規約は、よろず屋オンラインストアの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本サイトを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 概要

当店は、アメリカ、カナダ、オーストラリア、ニュージーランド、英国、アラブ首長国連邦を対象に、日本の調理器具等を販売します。

2. 注文と契約

注文確認メールをもって契約が成立します。商品情報や価格は予告なく変更される場合があります。未成年者は保護者の同意のもと利用してください。

3. 価格・通貨・決済

価格は各市場の通貨で表示されます。決済はShopify Payments、PayPalまたはその他承認された方法で処理されます。為替レートはShopifyの自動レートに基づきます。

4. 知的財産

本サイトのコンテンツは、当店またはライセンサーが所有します。

5. 責任の制限

天災、輸送遅延、税関手続きによる遅延について、法律で許される範囲で責任を負いません。輸入関税・税金は、チェックアウト時にDDPが表示されない限り、お客様の負担となります。

6. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争は東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
